Last night I wrote an article talking about some of my favorite things about baseball. Honestly, it was a fun article to put together and a nice look at all the things in baseball that get me excited. Well, tops on that list was watching Alcides Escobar of the Kansas City Royals play shortstop. He just makes it all look so easy. I started watching some clips of old plays he had made, and I would have just kept going if I hadn’t made myself stop. So in honor, and because posting three plays just doesn’t seem like a lot, here are some more plays made by ‘Shortstop Jesus’. Enjoy.
